Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Experience with testing, validation, or laboratory activities.
• Comfort with data, statistics, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and databases.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, and execute test plans with QPLs and T&V leaders.
• Perform product validation and verification on automatic coffee machines.
• Monitor, document, and report test results to stakeholders.
• Support daily testing activities and provide data-driven insights.
• Review testing progress and communicate status within the T&V organization.
• Develop and improve test methodologies and procedures.
• Conduct data analysis and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams internationally.
