Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a skilled tax professional for Milan to manage the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international laws. You’ll oversee filings, accounting, and tax treatments, coordinating with authorities and external advisors.

This role offers influence over major decisions, collaboration with a high-caliber team, and a scalable tax function across Europe, with strong growth opportunities and a culture of ambition.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning & compliance at group level across corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes.
• Transfer pricing: manage annual compliance and documentation with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Tax operations: oversee liability calculations, accounting, tax treatments, and returns; cover equity plans, contractors and benefits.
• Tax due diligence: coordinate with external advisors for acquisitions and structuring.
• Tax developments & authorities: monitor legislation and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency.
