Bending Spoons in Milan (Italy) seeks a talented tax professional to manage and optimize the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. You will oversee tax filings, accounting, and tax treatments at the group level, and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

In this role you’ll coordinate transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax due diligence, while advising on tax-efficient structuring for acquisitions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, and local taxes.
• Experience with tax filings, accounting, and tax treatments.
• Ability to coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with tax due diligence in acquisitions.
• Familiarity with Italian Revenue Agency procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee tax planning and compliance at group level.
• Coordinate annual transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Manage tax operations including calculations and filings.
• Support tax aspects of equity incentive plans and fringe benefits.
• Coordinate tax due diligence for acquisitions and structuring.
• Monitor tax legislation and interactions with authorities.
