Bending Spoons is seeking a talented tax professional to manage and optimize the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. You will oversee filings, accounting, and tax treatments at the group level, and support key business decisions while coordinating with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

• Tax due diligence in acquisitions and other transactions, including structuring.
• Monitor tax developments and manage interactions with the Italian Revenue Agency and authorities.
