Job summary

Teva Global Operations seeks an analytically sharp, process-driven leader to serve as Strategy Development and Deployment Lead for its Supply Chain team. You will advise the Head of Global Supply Chain and partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Digital to shape the function's long-term direction and ensure disciplined execution of priorities.

The role requires transforming strategy into actionable plans, establishing performance metrics, and driving value realization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, especially with focus in strategy, operations management, or organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory to the Head of Global Supply Chain and leadership on priorities, risks, and performance.
Lead deployment of the Global Supply Chain strategy with measurable objectives and executable plans.
Drive strategy deployment framework with KPIs and reviews across functions.
Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning planning, logistics, inventory, digital, and operational excellence.
Strengthen planning, performance management, and decision-making capabilities across the organization.
