Haier Europe in Italy is seeking a Supplier Risk Management Engineer to lead worldwide supplier risk processes. You will analyze supplier portfolios and integrate risk management into the organization’s governance to minimize exposure across borders.

You will work with procurement and suppliers to ensure performance indicators are met, develop mitigation plans, and build strong relationships while supporting product launches and compliance with CCNL terms and EU directives.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a comparable field.
Experience in supplier management and global roles.
Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and KPI reporting.
Fluent business English and strong communication skills.
ISO 9001-2015/IATF 16949 knowledge and supplier auditing experience.

Mansioni

Lead worldwide supplier risk management and integrate risk processes into management systems.
Analyze, evaluate and monitor the supplier portfolio to minimize risk exposure.
Define and implement mitigation actions with stakeholders.
Monitor supplier performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships with Procurement and cross-functional teams.
Support product launches by coordinating with suppliers to manage milestones.
