Candy Hoover Group Srl seeks a Supplier Risk Management Engineer to lead global supplier risk initiatives and integrate risk management into core processes. You will analyze supplier portfolios, define mitigation actions with stakeholders, and monitor KPI-driven performance.

The role requires strong data analysis, English fluency, and experience in supplier management across international teams. Fixed-term/full-time with opportunities in a European context.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master's in business, engineering, finance or a comparable field.
• Experience in supplier management in a global role.
• ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 preferred; supplier evaluations/auditing.
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI reporting and presentations.
• Fluent business English and strong communication in international settings.

• Lead worldwide supplier risk management and integrate into management processes.
• Analyze, evaluate and monitor supplier portfolio in an international context.
• Define mitigation actions with stakeholders and support reporting strategy.
• Assess supplier performance indicators to meet defined targets.
• Develop regulations and mitigation plans within corporate strategy.
• Follow up on mitigation topics and collaborate with procurement.
• Support product launches with supplier alignment on milestones.
