Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Supplier Quality Team Leader in Robassomero to guide a team focused on supplier quality and adherence to quality targets. You will coordinate with Sourcing, Production and Engineering to ensure compliant parts from global suppliers.

You will implement corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and support new part qualifications from prototype to production. Strong leadership and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with manufacturing/quality background.
• Proven leadership in supplier quality and team management.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supplier Quality Team to drive quality improvements.
• Define and execute the supplier quality growth strategy.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, PPAP, APQP and CCPAs.
• Drive readiness for new product development and industrialization.
• Ensure sustainability and compliance along the supply base.
