Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Sustainability Integration Coordinator to lead the social dimension of our ESG strategy across global operations.

You will coordinate initiatives, monitor effectiveness, and drive social impact programs that align with international standards and our commitments. The role requires strong analytical, cross-functional leadership and excellent English communication to engage with international stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Social Science, Environmental science, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, project management, or social impact roles.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and disclosure standards.

• Coordinate ESG strategy implementation across global operations, with a focus on social sustainability.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability integration, track performance and prepare strategic reports.
