Vertiv Holdings seeks a seasoned leader to drive Global Services NPDI initiatives, aligning product launches with service requirements and deployment readiness. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams to embed service needs into launches and life-cycle activities.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, engineering, or product development.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with NPDI, product development, or service operations.
  • Strong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams and multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

  • Lead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake to launch and service readiness
  • Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regions
  • Ensure alignment with business priorities, service strategy, and deployment requirements
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across Vertiv portfolios
  • Drive execution and accountability across geographically distributed teams
  • Lead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities, identifying risks and readiness needs
  • Coordinate reviews, status updates, and gate readiness assessments
  • Develop service readiness plans for new products and services
  • Coordinate readiness activities including documentation, procedures, training, tools, spare parts, and regional capabilities
  • Partner with NPDI Engineers and regional service teams to close readiness gaps
  • Support design transfer, product introduction, and global service implementation
  • Establish launch readiness criteria and monitor progress through stabilization
  • Evaluate NPDI intake and prioritize projects across business units
  • Coordinate with BU PMO leads on scope, involvement, and timing
  • Maintain project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources
  • Identify capacity constraints and coordinate resource planning with Global Services leadership
  • Support portfolio reporting and provide visibility into project health
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements
  • Serve as primary Global Services contact for NPDI initiatives
  • Build relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, BU PMOs, and regional leadership
  • Facilitate alignment across regions with competing priorities
  • Promote consistency in service readiness and project execution
  • Support development of global standards, playbooks, and repeatable processes
  • Lead or support digital service initiatives involving connected products, field technologies, and AI-enabled tools
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with digital workflows and deployment readiness
  • Ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable value and address operational needs
  • Partner with technical teams to manage milestones and dependencies
  • Support integration of new technologies into global service operations
  • Maintain risk, issue, action, and dependency registers
  • Identify and mitigate schedule, resource, technical, and operational risks
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in governance and execution
  • Provide leadership with clear recommendations and escalation paths when at risk
