Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager – Thermal Systems to lead the Thermal Systems product line worldwide. You will define product strategy, manage life cycle, and drive market success across global markets, focusing on the overall Thermal chain from grid to heat reuse.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to develop value propositions, pricing, go-to-market plans, and NPDI initiatives.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record in new product introduction and lifecycle management.
• Global experience or exposure to international markets preferred.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Thermal Systems.
• Develop go-to-market plans, pricing, and value propositions.
• Drive NPDI activities to expand Vertiv's Thermal System offering.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and key customers to capture requirements.
