ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced SAP Security & Authorization Lead to shape a scalable, cloud-based ERP security model across regions. You will define global role templates, manage compliance, and support audits within a dynamic, transformation-driven environment.

Join a global team delivering secure access controls, SoD governance, and lifecycle management for SAP systems, while working in a hybrid setup across multiple countries and sites.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Security & Authorization experience.
• Deep knowledge of task-based roles, business roles, identity lifecycle, and SAP authorization concepts.
• Strong understanding of SoD frameworks, GRC/IAG, and audit & compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and Public Cloud.
• Experience leading global rollout programs with complex role models.
• SAP certification and exposure to manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain the global SAP Public Cloud authorization model, leveraging task-based and persona-based role templates.
• Collaborate with IcoFR lead to design principles.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Business Roles in all SAP systems.
• Ensure Minimum Baseline Security requirements are met.
• Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) is embedded in design.
• Coordinate with functional teams to map processes to role assignments while staying compliant.
• Ensure consistent user provisioning and account lifecycle processes across regions.
• Evaluate SAP Public Cloud releases for security impact, role/catalog changes, new apps, and mandatory redesign.
