Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution to oversee the migration of its on-premise and cloud customers to the latest packaging and pricing models. The role requires coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Legal, Finance and Product to drive successful migrations at scale.

You will own the strategy, governance, and execution, balancing customer needs with ARR realization while ensuring compliance with guardrails.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transitions or customer lifecycle programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations.
