Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, seeks an experienced R&D Director to lead our global Research & Development function at the Global Headquarters. You will define the R&D roadmap, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Project Management to deliver new products and technologies worldwide.

We require a degree in Engineering or related discipline, strong leadership in R&D, and fluency in English.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline.
Significant leadership experience in R&D, Product Development, or Engineering.
Strong knowledge of plastics molding technologies (EBM, SBM, Injection Molding).
Proven experience in product development, industrialization, and project management.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Mansioni

Define and execute the company's global R&D strategy.
Manage the R&D project portfolio, balancing priorities, resources, quality, timing, and costs.
Lead the development and industrialization of packaging solutions.
Drive product innovation by identifying new technologies, materials, and market trends.
Build strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product development projects.
