- 10+ years of R&D leadership experience in international organizations.
- Proven track record in translating business priorities into a technology roadmap.
- Experience with complex hardware/software products and ODM partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Mobile Business Unit.
- Drive innovation and architecture decisions across global teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations and Quality.
- Develop high-performing engineering teams and manage R&D budgets and partnerships.
