ITT Inc. is seeking a Global Quality Engineer Lead to develop strong Motion Technologies plant and product knowledge while gaining hands-on customer and operations exposure.

This role is not a standard local-quality posting; it requires international commitment and plant immersion with frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration. During the assignment you will blend hands-on plant work, quality systems experience, product knowledge, and global projects, moving toward broader international

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process/Industrial) or related field.
• 4–5 years in Quality Engineering or related technical quality roles.
• Experience in automotive or regulated industries with APQP/PPAP/FMEA; documentation discipline.
• Fluent English; Italian knowledge is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Learn Motion Technologies product families, manufacturing flows and critical characteristics.
• Support quality activities linked to production, validation, containment actions, and shop-floor discipline.
• Contribute to ITT Quality Management System compliance (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Lead or support root cause analysis and CAPA using 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa.
