ITT Inc. is seeking a Global Quality Engineer Lead to build deep product and plant knowledge, with hands-on exposure to customers and operations. This is a globally oriented role requiring immersion in Motion Technologies plants and frequent travel.

You will progress from technical learning to practical ownership, overseeing quality systems, APQP/PPAP, and cross‑functional initiatives across multiple sites and regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, process industrial or related) with quality experience.
• 4–5 years in Quality Engineering or related roles.
• Experience in structured industrial environments; automotive and other regulated sectors valued.
• Fluent English; Italian knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and potential relocation as needed.

Mansioni

• Learn Motion Technologies products, manufacturing flows, and quality routines.
• Support production quality activities and containment actions.
• Ensure compliance with ITT QMS and applicable standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Lead or support root-cause analysis and CAPA using 8D/5Why/Fishbone methods.
• Spend 60–70% of time in plants, with travel up to ~50%.
