Adecco is seeking a Purchasing Intern to join the global tyre industry leader. You will work with the Purchasing Team on data harmonization, vendor management, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience in procurement processes in an international setting.

You will collaborate with your tutor to support POs, supplier qualification, and tender activities via the Synertrade platform, developing cross-functional skills and contributing to savings targets within Europe.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Harmonizing procurement spending data classifications (Material Groups and Industry Codes) and updating the related databases.
• Managing vendor rating campaigns, including launch, monitoring, data collection, and reporting activities.
• Supporting the management of Purchase Orders and monitoring purchasing savings against European targets.
• Handling supplier qualification processes and tender activities through the Synertrade platform.
• Analyzing procurement data and preparing reports to support purchasing decision-making processes.
