Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Electronic Engineering.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical projects, national and international.
• Knowledge of project development phases and engineering practices.
• Good knowledge of GMP and QA principles.
• Ability to lead projects with time, cost, quality, HSE and compliance.
• Coordinate design, execution and contract management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and complete complex projects nationally and internationally.
• Ensure projects are completed within time and budget.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Define and manage project plans: Cost, Time, Resource, Risk, Procurement, Communication.
• Lead project teams and mentor internal SMEs and external partners.
• Prepare status reports and communicate governance across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with sponsors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
