Cap Ingelec is seeking an International Project Buyer to join our European Procurement team. Working on French and international turnkey projects, you will help develop our general contractor positioning and support project teams.

• Master’s degree in Purchasing, management, or an engineering field is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar position within a construction company.
• Strong negotiation, relationship, and analytical skills in an intercultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in applying purchasing procedures and policies.
• Identify and qualify partners (works companies, technical equipment suppliers...).
• Manage consultations for all project packages with project direction and technical teams.
• Negotiate contractual conditions with partners with the legal department.
• Lead commercial negotiations after benchmarking and price analysis.
• Support multi-country teams by finding partners, factory visits, fairs, etc.
