Pirelli invites motivated individuals to join the HQ Product Marketing team in Milano to gain hands-on experience in product management and marketing. You will work across internal functions and international markets, helping shape product definitions, pricing, and market positioning.

The role offers exposure to global market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and development of marketing materials, with emphasis on growth and learning in a leading tire company.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Support in the complete management of the product portfolio, interacting with internal functions and major markets.
• Define performance characteristics, evaluate market potential, price positioning and sales results.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and benchmarking against major competitors globally.
• Collaborate in creating internal communications and Trade & Digital Marketing materials.
• Analyze automotive market trends and update strategic information to support decision-makers.
