Alfa Laval seeks an experienced product leader to develop and scale its digital services within Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies.

You will shape the product direction, connect customer needs with market-ready solutions, and collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations teams to drive adoption and value realization for condition-monitoring offerings and broader digital services.

• 3–5 years in product management or related roles in a B2B environment.
• Experience with industrial, mechanical, equipment, or process industries is preferred.
• Experience with IoT, data-driven services, or condition monitoring is advantageous.

In this role you will lead the development and scaling of Alfa Laval's digital services within the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies unit. You will shape product direction, connect customer needs with market-ready solutions, and collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations teams. You will drive adoption and value realization for condition-monitoring offerings and broader digital services, while engaging with customers and partners across regions. • Act as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
• Contribute to pricing discussions from a product perspective to align design with value
• Support global go-to-market activities with leadership and the Head of Revenue and Go-to-Market
• Develop the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function, including governance and ways of working
• Ensure strong product-market fit and value realization by embedding feedback from customers and commercial teams
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams
• Serve as a link between product, commercial, technology, and operations to align execution
• Support evolution and scaling of condition monitoring as a core offering and enhance customer value
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) to inform commercial, product, and tech decisions
• Collaborate with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities
• 3–5 years in product management, product development, business development, or similar in a B2B environment
• Experience from industrial, mechanical, equipment or process-industry with exposure to digital products, IoT, or data-driven services
• Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value
• Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, or data-driven offerings is an advantage
• Practical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams to understand needs and shape solutions
• Structured thinking with a practical, hands-on approach
• Good stakeholder management and ability to work across commercial, technical, and operational functions
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development approaches and hardware-digital solution interfaces
• Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in a structured, analytical way
