Alfa Laval is seeking a Global Product Manager for Digital Services to shape and scale its digital service portfolio within the Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies unit. You will work across product, technology, commercial, and operations to translate customer needs into scalable, market-relevant solutions and partner with leadership to align development with market execution.

You will drive adoption, contribute to pricing discussions, and evolve condition monitoring

Competenze

3–5 years in product management or similar in a B2B environment.
Experience in industrial/mechanical equipment with digital products, IoT or data‑driven services.
Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value.
Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment or data‑driven service offerings is advantageous.

Set product direction, vision and roadmap for digital services with emphasis on scalability and customer value.

As Global Product Manager for Digital Services, you will shape and scale Alfa Laval’s digital service portfolio within the Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies unit. You will collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations to translate customer needs into scalable, market-relevant solutions. You will partner with leadership to connect product development with successful market execution and focus on scaling condition monitoring as a core offering. This role involves international travel and close interaction with customers and partners, offering a meaningful opportunity to drive value and growth.

Set product direction, vision, and roadmap for digital services with emphasis on scalability and customer value
Act as hands‑on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective

Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value
Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, or data‑driven service offerings is advantageous
Practical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries
Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions
Structured thinking combined with a hands‑on approach
Good stakeholder management across commercial, technical, and operational functions
Structured and analytical mindset with prioritization and trade‑off skills
Familiarity with agile or iterative development and hardware‑digital integration
