Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead the worldwide sourcing strategy for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing within HAS. The role partners with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance to ensure material availability, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.

You will build a Procurement CoE, drive supplier performance, manage risk, and provide market insights to leadership in a fast-growing, international agribiotech context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven success leading global sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, market analysis, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs that drive cost efficiencies and service improvements.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, agricultural chemicals, crop protection, or specialty chemical manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for raw materials while overseeing procurement activities for packaging, contract manufacturing, and selected indirect spend categories.
• Establish procurement governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Build and lead a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen capabilities, consistency, and procurement excellence.
• Support innovation and new product development through supplier partnerships and alternative material sourcing.
