Job summary

Amplifon, in Milan, invites a Global Customer Offering Curricular Intern to join the team for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will contribute to designing innovative offers and pricing, support global governance of pricing and discounts, and monitor the competitive landscape to derive actionable insights.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English (Italian a plus).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills together with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, autonomous, fast learner and able to handle complexity.
• Proactive and a self-starter; can work independently as well as a real team player.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offering innovation: support the design and rollout of new offer and pricing models from concept and business case to go-live in key markets.
• Global pricing governance: contribute to defining and governing global pricing, discount and promo guidelines in line with the commercial strategy.
• Competitive intelligence & insights: coordinate global competition monitoring and turn data into accurate routines and insights that inform pricing and offering decisions.
