Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Sales Electrical Engineer in Schio, Italy, to develop electrical balance of plant concepts during the sales phase. You will translate customer specs into optimized plant designs, coordinate with suppliers, and craft competitive offers while supporting costings and negotiations.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure technically sound solutions, meeting contractual requirements and enabling reliable, cost-effective system integration across STATCOMs,

Qualifications

Completed technical education in electrical engineering or similar.
Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
+5 years of experience in a similar position.
Willingness to travel worldwide (~20%).

Responsibilities

Read and understand technical specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial offers and participate in contract negotiations.
Analyze contractual requirements and develop electrical engineering concepts.
Coordinate with international sub-suppliers of power plant equipment.
Manage the technical offer and ensure schedule, quality, and costs during the sales phase.
Develop plant concepts and ensure fully functional plant delivery.
