Consea Group, a leading Italian multinational Tier-1 Automotive Group near Verona, seeks an Industrial and Financial Controller for its Mexican plant. The role combines industrial controlling, monthly closings and group reporting with international exposure.

The selected candidate will start with a 6-8 month training period at the Group Headquarters in Italy before relocation to Mexico under a local employment contract. Over time, the scope may expand to cover the wider Americas region.

Competenze

• Proven experience in plant controlling in industrial or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of BOM-based cost analysis, budgeting and monthly closings.
• Experience with financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Ability to implement a management control system in greenfield environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Mexico; Italian and English mandatory, Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage industrial controlling activities of the Mexican plant.
• Prepare monthly closings and report to Group on time.
• Monitor costs, profitability, production KPIs.
• Analyze variances vs Budget/Forecast.
• Support plant manager with financial analysis.
• Prepare reporting for Group consolidation.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the plant.
• Support ERP implementation focusing on Finance/Controlling.
• Interface between Mexican plant and Group HQ.
• Relocate and possibly expand to wider Americas region.
