Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Planning Manager based in Italy (with potential Algeria assignment) to lead project control activities across lifecycle stages. You will design and manage integrated scheduling, cost and risk systems, coordinating with PMs, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 10 years in planning within oil and gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering required.
• Approximately 10 years of Planning Manager experience in oil and gas.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the project control system tailored to project complexity and contracts.
• Manage schedule, cost, and risk integration; align with PM and procurement.
• Supervise the Project Control team and ensure coherent cost and schedule data.
