Alpinestars is seeking a skilled Planning Manager to lead the Planning Department in Asolo. You will guide planning and scheduling to optimise operations, improve efficiency, and drive productivity across markets.

You will develop forecasts, demand plans across multiple horizons, and implement inventory strategies to maximise placement and customer experience. The role requires leading an international team with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

Competenze

• Extensive knowledge of demand planning principles, inventory management best practices and production planning.
• Experience in large, SKU-rich environments with global stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and capability to mentor teams.
• Experience leading demand system implementations (e.g. SO99+ or similar).

• Create and implement planning strategies based on data analysis to optimise processes and meet demand, production, and business goals.
• Define forecasts and demand plans for multiple horizons and levels across business lines.
• Develop inventory allocation strategies to maximise sales and customer experience.
