Dr. Schär AG's R&D Centre - Pilot Plant in Trieste is looking for a part-time team member to join our Research & Development group.

You will support product development through experimental trials, plan and coordinate the use of the pilot plant, and oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment, while also managing materials, ingredients and warehouse stocks, and preparing documentation.

Competenze

• Experience as a baker with at least 3 years in pilot plants or industrial bakery environments.
• Strong manual skills and familiarity with equipment and machinery.
• Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electrotechnics or mechatronics with at least 3 years of experience.

Mansioni

• Support product development, research and innovation through experimental trials.
• Plan and coordinate the use of the pilot plant.
• Manage maintenance activities and oversee machinery/equipment.
• Manage materials, ingredients and warehouse stocks.
• Prepare documentation and reports.
