Eight Sleep in Milano, Italy, seeks an International Performance Marketing Manager to lead global campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok with a data-driven, AI-powered approach.

You will partner with our Growth Marketing team to scale international advertising, build automation, and analyze KPIs to optimize performance. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube or TikTok with DTC brands spending >$1M/year.
• Strong analytics with KPI-driven optimization and reporting.
• Experience building automation with AI tools for marketing/analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing funnels and attribution platforms.
• Ability to develop and refine targeting, copy, and assets based on performance.
• Experience reading geo-lift, conversion lift studies.
• Independent, proactive planner with strong communication.

Mansioni

• Lead performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok).
• Build growth/automation systems using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Analyze campaigns, consolidate learnings with Data team, optimize campaigns.
• Experiment with new copy/creatives, bidding strategies, and testing structures.
