Bending Spoons is seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Support team in Milan. You’ll work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects to build scalable support processes and systems that deliver fast, accurate answers at scale.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, shape the support experience for new products, and use data and AI to measure impact and drive improvements.

• Improve customer support operations through projects such as onboarding providers and redesigning support organization.
• Build scalable support systems including help centers, chatbots, automation, and AI-powered flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for newly acquired products by aligning operations, tools and processes.
• Use data and AI to monitor performance and quantify impact of changes.
