Mutti seeks a Global Packaging Design & Visual Specialist to join the Marketing department at its Parma HQ, reporting to the Global Brand & Media Manager. This role shapes the visual identity across Mutti’s brand portfolio, blending strategy with hands-on design to elevate product presence.

You will collaborate with HQ and international teams, stay ahead of FMCG and luxury trends, and drive design excellence from concept through production, ensuring consistent brand experiences.

Competenze

• Degree in VISUAL & PACKAGING, Graphic Design or other related
• 6-8 years of experience in design within an agency or a FMCG company
• Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Knowledge and usage of appropriate software (e.g. Adobe Package)
• Analytical skills and understanding of design testing and qualification
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Experience in printing & prototyping field

Mansioni

• Follow major redesigns on the mother brand MUTTI and sublines
• Manage design activities for the brand portfolio, leading development and driving visual innovation
• Lead printing process & artwork final execution
• Lead the process and development of tentpole innovations e.g. pop up restaurants
• Collaborate with HQ and international subsidiaries to align with global marketing strategy
• Develop understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
• Define validation process of new designs guaranteeing brand safety and post-launch reviews
• Stay on trend with FMCG and Luxury design trends and look & feel
