Perfetti Van Melle's Selectioncommunication & design unit is seeking an Account Assistant to join the Account team in Milano. You will support the account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery, reporting to the Account Executive.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or communication degree and at least 1 year of experience in related agencies or marketing departments, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing or Communication required.
• Experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments (1+ year).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities.
• Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing.
• Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval).
• Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion.
• Undertake administrative tasks.
