Stefanini Emea seeks a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to safeguard manufacturing operations by collaborating with local factory teams, IT, Information Security, and global stakeholders.

You will drive OT cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment and help factories strengthen cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working. In this role, you will lead the deployment of OT solutions ownership, manage cybersecurity risks, and report on vulnerabilities and remediation

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks, or related technologies.
• Experience working with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance processes.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, Digital Engineering, IT, and Information Security.
• Contribute to deployment and governance of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Oversee Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup & Recovery, and Network Security.
