The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ocean freight operations and will manage freight execution while ensuring quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, working closely with partners, and improving operational procedures. This position offers a salary between 36,000 to 48,000 euros per year, alongside benefits like vacation, lunch compensation, and health insurance.

The role

We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

• Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment
