Baker Hughes is offering an internship program designed for students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees or recent graduates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in international operations, mobility, compliance, and immigration processes, with exposure to AI-powered tools for analysis.

You will support deployment activities, maintain records, and collaborate within a global team while learning internal systems and HS&E standards. Eligibility to work in Italy without sponsorship is required.

Competenze

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in international operations, global mobility, compliance, and immigration-related processes.
  • Interest in data analytics, data science, and AI-powered tools for analysis and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively within a global team.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

Mansioni

  • Support the review and validation of Field Service Engineer assignment documentation.
  • Assist with the collection, tracking, and organization of visa and work permit documentation.
  • Conduct analysis of country-specific immigration and deployment requirements using internal guidelines and processes.
  • Coordinate with Global Mobility teams and external immigration service providers to support deployment activities.
  • Maintain deployment databases, records, and key performance metrics to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare deployment status reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational projects aimed at improving deployment processes and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment to ensure successful deployment execution.
  • Learn and utilize internal systems and tools to support daily operations.
  • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to maintain compliance.
