Baker Hughes in Firenze, Italy, offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience in HR, People Analytics, and workforce planning.

You will support sourcing initiatives, stakeholder engagement, data collection, reporting, and cross-functional projects across HR and business functions, with coaching from a buddy and manager to develop learning and skills.

Competenze

Enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Social Sciences or related field.
Strong interest in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, HR and Operational Excellence.
Motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization knowledge is a plus.
Capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; collaboration across functions.
Continuous improvement mindset and interest in process efficiency.
Able to work in cross-functional, international environments; strong communicator.
EU work permit and ability to work in the country without sponsorship.

Mansioni

Supporting sourcing initiatives through supplier research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and vendor evaluation.
Assisting in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting performance reviews.
Supporting People Analytics and workforce planning with data collection, dashboards, and trend analysis.
Assisting with recruiting activities, Early Talent programs, and talent initiatives across functions.
Supporting administration and optimization of internal systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Participating in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence and process standardization.
Assisting project managers in planning activities, tracking milestones, and preparing documentation.
Completing internal projects to deliver business outcomes and identify improvements.
Learning and using internal software and digital tools for project execution and reporting.
Collaborating with interns and leaders to support strategic initiatives globally.
Applying HS&E standards to ensure compliance in all situations.
