Job summary

Bata Group in Italy is seeking a Global Merchandiser Intern to support the Global Merchandising Team with Line Plan creation, Line Review management and seasonal planning to achieve turnover, gross margin, and stock turns. You will engage in data preparation, analysis and showroom preparation to support global milestones.

The role offers exposure to analytical, operational and tactical tasks across seasons and international partners, with on-site training followed by potential Smart Working

Qualifications

• University in progress – preferably in Economics and related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical skills.
• Product and fashion oriented.
• Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment.
• Knows how to deal with people and influence them positively.
• Predisposition to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Line Plan data input and accuracy.
• Assist in seasonal planning and data preparation.
