Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Retail Merchandising Men RTW Coordinator to define and execute the worldwide Men’s Ready-to-Wear retail merchandising strategy. You will translate performance data and market insights into actionable recommendations aligning with brand vision and local market needs.

The role requires 4+ years in retail merchandising or buying in luxury, English fluency, and strong analytical skills. Initial annual gross salary in Italy is EUR 40,000 with a bonus scheme and standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Collection Merchandising or Buying in fashion or luxury companies, preferably MRTW.
• Strong product sensitivity and understanding of luxury market, consumer behavior, price architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
• Proactive and team-oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance by market, channel and product category using key KPIs.
• Contribute to MRTW assortment strategy and develop buying guidelines and product mix tools.
• Review regional orders during/after seasonal campaigns; identify gaps and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Identify product opportunities from sales, market feedback and competitors; translate to seasonal briefs.
• Serve as liaison for regional teams; collaborate with Product, Retail Planning, Visual Merchandising and other functions.
