Bank of America in Milan, Italy invites applicants for the Global Markets Off-cycle Analyst programme, a 3-6 month exposure across Sales, Trading and Structuring desks. You will work under a manager, buddy, mentor, and HR to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028, with a minimum 2:1, and a demonstrated passion for financial markets, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving.

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s with completion between Sept 2027 and Jul 2028.
• On track for minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
• Strong interest in financial markets and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
