Bank of America is recruiting for a Global Markets Sales and Trading Off-cycle Analyst in Milan, Italy. The program runs for 3–6 months with intensive desk exposure and a structured training plan, mentored by managers, buddies and HR.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a completion window in 2027–2028 and be on track for a 2:1 or equivalent. Successful candidates may receive a full-time offer for July 2028.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with completion between September 2027 and July 2028.
• On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
• Available to join on one of the start dates if offered (Sept 2027–July 2028).
• Candidates may be offered full-time employment to commence in July 2028 or later.

• Support the sales force in daily activities and contribute to client relationship management.
• Assist traders and shadow senior team members to learn risk management and market making.
• Help with the preparation of pitches, client presentations, and market research analyses.
• Participate in front-to-back exposure across GM products including equities, rates, FX and credit.
