RX Global, a global leader in events and exhibitions, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to define, coordinate and execute marketing, communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement for our events and brands.

You will develop integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive acquisition and retention, manage budgets, lead a small team, and collaborate with sales, agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns across Italy and internationally.

Competenze

• Experience leading marketing and communications for events is required.
• Ability to develop integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and budget control capabilities.

Mansioni

• Define and coordinate online and offline marketing activities and brand positioning.
• Develop media plans across B2B and B2C audiences in Italy and internationally.
• Plan sponsorships and participation in third-party events.
• Organise workshops, conferences, and networking events.
• Coordinate multimedia communication packages and marketing materials.
• Support sales with tailored materials and event-related meetings.
• Build relationships with associations, institutions, and partners.
