CNH Industrial Group seeks a senior finance professional to drive the Manufacturing Footprint & Innovation program, coordinating worldwide footprint projects across Agriculture and Construction. You will evaluate investments, costs and benefits, building robust business cases for strategic actions.

You will partner with regional finance teams to forecast, monitor investments and realized benefits, and develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance while supporting AI-driven transformation

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance roles within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in multinational industrial organizations and/or consulting firms with a strong manufacturing focus.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools and data analytics platforms (Excel, Access, Power BI, Databricks, Think-cell).
• Familiarity with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead financial evaluation of footprint projects: investment requirements, costs, benefits, and business case development.
• Assess financial impacts at P&L and cash flow levels; compute ROI, NPV and payback.
• Develop and consolidate Forecast and Strategic Business Plan for footprint initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to monitor assumptions, investments and realized benefits.
• Track project execution and ensure targets; support mitigation plans when deviations occur.
• Provide financial guidance across stakeholders involved in project implementation.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs to support evaluation and monitoring.
• Manage financial databases, data lakes and analytics environments.
• Support Finance Transformation initiatives including automation and AI-driven projects.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for investment optimization and value creation.
