Sibelco Group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across a cluster of 5 sites in Turkey and Egypt, reporting to Head of Finance. The role requires IFRS expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and deep business insight.
You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities while partnering with operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in finance, prior controlling and audit experience preferable.
- Strong IFRS knowledge, financial analysis skills, group reporting experience.
- Advanced English; Turkish is a plus.
Mansioni
- Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Deliver monthly performance reviews with analysis of variances (actuals vs. plan/forecast).
- Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Contribute to monthly closing process and present timely financial reports to local and corporate stakeholders.
- Support capital investment decisions with business case analysis and ROI modeling.
