Job summary

Tecnocap, a fast-growing Italian multinational in the packaging industry, seeks a Group Financial Controller to strengthen the Corporate Finance function at the Group’s Italian headquarters. The role oversees planning, controlling and reporting to provide an integrated view of financial, economic and industrial performance for strategic and operational decisions.

The successful candidate will promote Group standards, collaborate with manufacturing sites, ensure data granularity and integration,

Qualifications

At least 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Controlling.
Background in the packaging industry.
Deep knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
Experience with data verification, reconciliation and validation.

Responsibilities

Plant oversight and coordination with Group headquarters across manufacturing sites.
Industrial controlling and process analysis of production cycles, costs and yields.
Data quality, granularity and integration across sites.
Data audit and validation with local teams and ERP systems.
Group planning and controlling including annual budget, forecasts and actuals.
Reporting and profitability analysis by segment and product.
Performance monitoring of KPIs and ESG metrics.
Business planning and investment appraisal for strategic projects.
