Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in M&A or related fields, strong English, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Compensation includes a base salary and bonus, with a broad benefits package and international projects.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Business Development, Strategy, or related corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A projects in Italy and abroad across transaction phases.
• Contribute to financial analyses, valuation, and deal materials preparation.
• Coordinate workstreams and timelines, liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
• Assist due diligence across financial, tax, commercial, legal, and technical areas.
