Michael Page is seeking a Macro Area Manager to lead a team of Area Managers across several countries, driving sales targets and business development for a premier lighting solutions provider.

You will develop and execute regional strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee financial performance to ensure growth and margin targets are met. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership across markets.

Formación

• Senior Sales leadership with track record in international or regional roles.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop remote Area Manager teams across multiple countries.
• Deep background in lighting or premium building automation sectors with top designer connections.
• Experience managing Global Accounts and key direct accounts with long-term relationships.
• Strong history expanding international distribution networks and creating new sales channels.
• Extensive experience in regional business planning, product launches, and local market adaptation.
• Proven capability in quarterly sales forecasts, regional budgets, cash flow, and margins.
• Competence in collecting competitor intelligence and translating trends into growth actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team of Area Managers across multiple countries.
• Develop and implement regional business plans and product launches.
• Maintain strong in-person relationships with customers and key accounts across the region.
• Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare accurate quarterly forecasts and report insights to Sales Management Office.
• Oversee payments, financial performance, and margin targets for the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks and sales channels.
• Attend major trade shows and manage marketing budgets for the region.
