Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Lead In Silico Business Partner, Biology to bridge Global Biology Operations and the global In Silico & AI function. You will own demand, align roadmaps, and translate biology needs into prioritized computational requirements across disease biology and patient stratification.

You will orchestrate activities across Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI Accelerator and Solutions & Data, grounding target identification and validation in real disease biology while driving

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior scientific and operational leadership.
• Experience translating biology needs into computational and AI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship between Global Biology Operations and the In Silico & AI function globally.
• Shape and own the in silico and AI roadmap for biology, focusing on Disease-to-Target capabilities.
