Descrizione del lavoro

CMRE (Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation) in Italy is seeking one or more IT Project Leaders to oversee end-to-end IT projects, including product development, data platforms and service delivery, within a NATO framework. You will lead Agile DevSecOps teams, interface with scientists and engineers, and manage budgets, risks and client relationships.

Competenze

Leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional IT/technical projects using modern methodologies such as DevSecOps, Agile and Design Thinking.
Delivering projects within a strict timeline and budgetary constraints following an Agile approach.
Experience in supervisory and coordination functions delivering IT projects in multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in defense, industry, public sector or multinational environments.
Proficient knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab, Agile frameworks).
Certification in Agile such as Agile Project Management or Professional SCRUM Master.

Mansioni

Plan and execute IT projects end-to-end.
Ensure objectives related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality meet NATO standards.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure client relationships.
Allocate human, financial, and material resources efficiently for projects.
Lead cross-functional Agile teams in a matrix CMRE environment.
Manage multiple work packages with end-to-end project oversight.
Operate and maintain IT infrastructure and services.
Provide IT security oversight and liaise with contractors as required.
Coordinate with other projects to maximize synergies and manage risks.
